About the role:

As our In-house Sales Trainer you will be passionate about delivering only the highest level of training. You will be able to work with groups as well as individuals and deliver bespoke and ad hoc training as and when it will be required.

Communication will be critical to this role as well as being able to deliver sessions and training via different learning methods depending on your audience.

As a hands on Sales trainer you will endeavour to drive the strategic development and execution of our strategy to close our clients for a portfolio of inflight magazines for the biggest airlines in the world.  

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to train and coach all new sales staff through classroom and on the spot training
  • Manage and continually develop the induction programme for all new sales employees
  • Gathering sales performance data to measure success of the training program.
  • Mentoring existing and new staff with performance issues , including developing sales pitch to increase sales
  • Deliver classroom, 1-2-1 and floor wide training courses
  • Able to motivate and train sales teams with confidence and credibility
  • Improve training effectives by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available
  • Provide sales teams with constructive feedback so they can identify their strengths and areas for development
  • Work with Management team on specific projects

Skills:

  • You will be an experienced Sales Trainer who is committed to continuous improvement and developing high performing sales teams
