The role: key responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing across channels & in places that few others have thought of. Being creative with lead generation strategies and finding new sectors to approach.
  • Asking powerful questions that would help you understand your client’s real goals and challenges and proposing platforms that would help them to achieve these goals.
  • Identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities across different sectors. 
  • Working with the controllable (mindset, behaviour, attitude) & following stipulated processes that will help you achieve the business outcomes.
  • Selling targeted digital social media campaigns, native content & videos on inspirational content & digital portals of airlines.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has successfully sold and excelled in selling digital media and knows the difference between CPA & CPI.
  • Has a growth mindset, is optimistic & works on empowering their limiting beliefs.
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, environment. 
  • Has strong verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
  • Must have a portfolio of client and agency relationships in SG / S.E. Asia
  • Is passionate about and has a healthy philosophy & outlook towards life.
  • Is committed to growing
  • Focuses & acts on the controllable, while setting things in motion.
