Ink Global are looking for an Office Administrator to join our fast-paced business in our London Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a first or second job or for a recent College leaver. Full training and support will be offered, a willingness to learn and a desire to excel is required.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Front of House
Be the welcoming face of the company. Directing visitors, answering, transferring, and screening phone calls to relevant departments/staff. Sorting and distributing post, arranging couriers. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and welcoming.

General Administration
- Supporting the company in a variety of ways including communications, scheduling, data entry, overseeing our covid policy and office management.
- Maintaining and Creation of the Office Calendars. Assistance with travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, office consumables. Meeting minute preparation.
- Making new personnel onboarding arrangements. Organising and coordinating staff and external meetings, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
- Other administrative task will include Fire Marshall and Fire Testing responsibilities and General Health and Safety involvement.

Recruitment & HR Support
Opportunity to support and learn aspects of the businesses HR requirements.

Facilities Management
Procuring office supplies, Creation, Control and Updates to preferred Supplier Database and those relationships. Handling all ad hoc day to day facilities requests that arise, help to support the general good management, presentation, and upkeep of the office environment.

This role requires a clear headed, flexible approach to responsibilities and obsessive organisational abilities. strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills. Experience of office or facilities management is advantageous but not required.
