The role: Key responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing across various channels & in places that few others have thought of. Being creative with lead generation strategies and finding new sectors & clients to approach for advertising.
  • Asking powerful questions that would help you understand your client’s real goals and challenges and proposing platforms that would help them achieve short term and long-term goals.
  • Identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities across different sectors.
  • Working with the controllable (mindset, behaviour, attitude) & following stipulated processes that will help you achieve the sales outcomes.
  • Selling targeted digital social media campaigns, native content on inspirational content & digital portals of airlines.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has successfully sold and excelled in selling digital media
  • Has a growth mindset, is optimistic & works on empowering personal limiting beliefs.
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, environment.
  • Has strong verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
  • Must have a portfolio of client and media agency relationships in the Philippines.
