The show always goes on!

We all know that feeling when you turn up in a new city and wish that you had a cool personal guide to show you around the local bars, restaurants, sights and hidden gems. So, back in 2019 we created a new video format for the world’s largest airline, American Airlines, called “One Day Two Ways”.

Well, the good news is that we have just won “BEST VIDEO BY AN AIRLINE” at the Travel Video Awards 2020 for our LONDON film (produced by Camile Rocha-Keys and directed by Jonny Dixon), which you can view below. AND, in addition to that win, Ink actually created an unprecedented three out of the four finalist nominations with our “Three Perfect Days” for Curacao for United Airlines, and “A Day In The Life” Seychelles for Etihad Airways.

The winning films for American Airlines feature a single international destination and two local expert presenters who reveal their inside knowledge of their beloved cities. We have visited places such as Chicago, London and Dallas and met with TV and radio presenters, restaurateurs, creative directors and event planners.

The films are seen inflight, online and on American Airline’s social channels.

The Travel Video Awards (TVAs) honour excellence, and innovative and inspiring travel videos created by independent filmmakers and brands from across the globe. The TVAs recognise distinguished cinematic and cutting-edge digital video content across a variety of categories. We are proud to have won this prestigious video award.
