Ink is pleased to announce that easyJet Traveller magazine was crowned Best Customer Magazine at the Travel Media Awards in London last night. The awards, which recognise excellence in travel writing, journalism, broadcasting and photography, are judged by a panel of MDs, journalists and the power brokers from the travel industry.

Fighting off fierce competition, easyJet Traveller magazine was recognised for the “hugely influential role… in the holiday or business travel decision-making process”.

Simon Kurs, editor of easyJet Traveller magazine took the opportunity to congratulate the whole team at Ink and talked of his pride as he picked up the award on Monday night: "The quality of customer publishing - especially within the travel sector - has never been higher, so we're especially delighted to have won in what was a very good field. It's also a fitting tribute to easyJet in the week the airline is celebrating its 20th birthday."

Two of Ink’s other titles - N by Norwegian, and Excelente for Iberia - were also nominated in this category, alongside BA’s Highlife and Compass by Cox & Kings.
